02/Do I need an Alibaba Cloud account?
No. We provision the instance in our Alibaba Cloud account and hand you root access. One Initech balance covers this and every other provider we sell.
03/What does a Riyadh server cost?

05/Is this the same as your Mainland China line?
No. Riyadh is part of Alibaba Cloud's international platform and provisions automatically like any other region we sell. The Mainland China line is a separate product with its own ordering process.
