Mumbai, Delhi, Bangalore, Hyderabad and Kolkata. Mumbai and Delhi have the most provider choice; Hyderabad and Kolkata are served by Amazon EC2.

Yes. Vultr Windows Server plans are available in Mumbai, Delhi and Bangalore, and Amazon Lightsail Windows bundles in Mumbai. RDP credentials are delivered automatically after provisioning.
03/Is there GPU capacity in India?
Yes, NVIDIA A16 GPU VPS plans are available in Bangalore from $90 per month, from a 1/8 slice up to 4x A16, CUDA-ready for inference and encoding workloads.
