Hetzner Cloud pricing, explained (2026)
Every Hetzner Cloud plan we sell with its real monthly price in USD: shared Intel, shared AMD and dedicated vCPU lines, plus what volumes, snapshots, backups and floating IPs add to the bill. Prices are our retail rates for Hetzner servers deployed through Initech, payable by PayPal or 18 cryptocurrencies.

Three things decide the bill
CPU class
Shared Intel (CX) is the budget line, shared AMD (CPX) trades a little price for newer cores, dedicated AMD (CCX) gives you whole cores with no noisy neighbours at roughly 4x the shared price per tier.
Region
Helsinki and Nuremberg are the cheapest and include the most transfer. US regions sit in the middle. Singapore is the premium region with the smallest included transfer.
Storage and extras
Volumes at $0.13/GB and snapshots at $0.65/GB are the quiet line items. A 100GB volume adds $13/mo, the same as a floating IP. Backups add from $20/mo.

What is the cheapest Hetzner Cloud plan?
CX23 at $9 per month: 2 shared vCPUs, 4GB RAM and 40GB NVMe storage. It is the lowest-priced plan in EU regions through Initech.
Why do prices differ between regions?
Hetzner prices its regions differently. EU regions (Helsinki, Nuremberg) are the cheapest and include the most transfer, US regions sit in the middle, and Singapore costs the most with the least included transfer. Our tables show the lowest regional price for each plan.
Do you bill in USD or EUR?
All prices here are USD, billed by Initech. Hetzner sells direct in EUR; buying through us means one USD balance that also covers Vultr, AWS, DigitalOcean, Google Cloud and Alibaba servers, with no separate Hetzner account or card required.
How does billing work?
Plans are billed monthly from your prepaid account balance. Top up by PayPal or 18 cryptocurrencies including Bitcoin, Lightning and Monero, then deploy. Unused balance stays on the account.
What do volumes, snapshots and backups cost?
Additional volume storage is $0.13 per GB per month, snapshot storage is $0.65 per GB per month, a floating IP is $13 per month, and automated backups add from $20 per month depending on plan.
