Review, then activation
Every order is reviewed by a human before it activates, so provisioning is not instant. Once approved, you get SSH or RDP credentials as usual.

The instances run in Alibaba Cloud mainland regions under our account. You skip the separate signup, verification and billing relationship entirely.

01/Is provisioning instant?
No. Every mainland order is manually reviewed before activation, and the line requires an established Initech account. If you need a server immediately, Hong Kong, Tokyo and Singapore deploy automatically.
02/Can I host a website on it?
No. This line is for backend and API workloads with SSH and RDP inbound only; it does not host public web content. For public-facing sites in the region, use Hong Kong instead.
03/Do I need an ICP license?
ICP obligations apply to serving public web content from mainland China, which this line does not do. We do not provide advice on Chinese law; our knowledgebase describes how the ICP system works in general terms, and questions about your own obligations belong with your counsel.
04/Which cities and hardware?
