- 12:34 — Brief (~8 min) routing anomaly caused intermittent packet loss for instances on the node
- 13:03 — Network connectivity to the node became unavailable
- 14:27 — Connectivity restored
- 14:39 — Full verification complete
All VPS instances on the node recovered automatically once connectivity was restored. No data loss, VM corruption, or manual customer action was required. If you're still experiencing any issues with your service, please open a support ticket.
