As part of our recent infrastructure migration, some accounts with Two-Factor Authentication (2FA) enabled have had their 2FA settings reset.
What happened:
During the server migration, encryption keys were updated which prevented the system from reading existing 2FA configurations for some users.
What this means for you:
- If you had 2FA enabled and can now log in without being prompted for a code, your 2FA was reset
- Your account and data are secure — only the 2FA configuration was affected
- You can re-enable 2FA at any time from Security Settings → Two-Factor Authentication
